Zachary Harr believes in the power of working with mission-driven organizations that are urgent about creating equitable and sustainable talent systems when recruiting for a given role. Zach Harr has spent more than six years supporting low-income schools and nonprofits, both as a middle school teacher with Teach For America and through many unique recruitment roles. As an Associate Director of Recruitment at Uncommon Schools, Zachary co-led the sourcing and selection of teachers and school leaders for Uncommon’s 54 schools across six regions. Most recently, Zachary worked as an independent recruitment consultant, executing detailed outreach and selection strategies.

Olivia Smarr is an experienced educator and advocate for social justice and equity, with a deep passion for working on education reform and community organizing. She has several years of experience working as an educator, an extensive background in community organizing, public policy research, and arts education. Before joining Edgility Consulting, Olivia served as the Director of Operations and School Programs for Transcend Academy where she coordinated SAT preparation programs for local schools. Prior to this, Olivia was a Program Associate at New America, a public policy think tank, where she co-led an innovative research program analyzing how policy institutions engage with the communities in which they are located. Olivia has also led various economic and reproductive justice campaigns as a community organizer.

Angelica Molero is deeply passionate about partnering with organizations to develop their biggest asset: their people. She has worked with nonprofit and private sector organizations big and small, locally and globally, to unlock human potential and foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and inclusion. She is recognized for her ability to forge strong relationships built on trust and design learning experiences to motivate others to learn, reflect, and excel. Before joining Edgility, Angelica consulted with organizations in the areas of recruitment and selection and culturally responsive learning experience design. She has also managed inclusion & diversity initiatives at a global professional services firm and served as a regional lead and learning & development officer at an education nonprofit in Malaysia. She began her career in the classroom as an English as a second language teacher.
