When asked about his new position Kirk said this,
“I’m excited about returning to Maryland to become the new Head of School at SEED MD. SEED MD is Maryland’s first and only college-prep public boarding school. We provide a to and through college opportunity for our students. My leadership will use an equity lens while building leadership and staff capacity in order to raise student achievement and ensure each of our scholars are globally competitive.
I’m grateful to the Edgility team for their clarity and professionalism during the search process for SEED MD. Beginning with my first conversation about the role, I could sense they were as passionate about education as I was. I found their communication and feedback invaluable and I highly recommend them for education organizations looking to find the “best fit” leaders.“
