“I fell into executive recruiting over ten years ago, and have always been drawn to connecting people and places. I started my career in the real estate sector, but with nonprofit executive search, I can use those connection skills to bring people to organizations that make a difference in the world. - Prior to Edgility Consulting, Josyanne served as Vice President of Leadership Transitions at Arts Consulting Group, where she brought impactful leaders to arts and culture organizations.
- Before that, Josyanne worked as Vice President and Senior Associate at Koya Partners, a Diversified Search Group firm. She has partnered with organizations and institutions in the arts and culture, nonprofit and social justice, and education sectors.
- Josyanne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Media Arts from Long Island University, Brooklyn.
Outside the office, Josyanne likes to collect hobbies, including painting, vinyl/record collecting, languages, photography, gaming, and many more. She lives outside of Raleigh with her husband and a clowder of cats.
